Just wanted to post a quick thank you to Kelly Wilkinson, of the Make:Grow:Gather blog. Kelly came over for a visit a while back and we had a nice chat about DIY, crafts, and why we do the things we do. Time for Twin Peaks
Fall is in the air, which means it's almost time for our annual Twin Peaks marathon! For some reason the chilly air and changing leaves makes us want to drink coffee, eat cherry pie and scare the bejeezus out of ourselves while watching hours and hours of TV. Derek just sent me a link to a blog called "In Twin Peaks" which is so genius I can't even stand it. I pasted a couple examples here, but you must check out the site, where tons of locations from the original series have been rephotographed from the exact positions where they were originally shot almost 20 years ago.

We were super excited this week to be make appearances at all our favorite spots on the internet. In addition to our weekly DIY Wednesday post at design*sponge, we posted a little how-to video at readymade.com and did our first guest blog post over at sfgirlbybay. So fun!

Fun Times
Here are a few pics from the shoppe festivities over the weekend. Annie's opening reception and the store's 1-year anniversary party was on Friday night, and LitCrawl was on Saturday. So much fun! So many people! So many cupcakes! Good times were had by all- and big thanks to everyone who stopped by on Friday and Saturday.
